Natalie Brown graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Arts in 2004.

Natalie was subsequently offered a post graduate admission to Notre Dame University where she completed her Bachelor of Laws.

Whilst completing her University studies, Natalie developed a passion for family law and related issues. During her studies she volunteered at a local Community Legal Centre with a focus on family law and civil matters.

Natalie has been employed at Shann Family Lawyers since 2006 when she was offered a position as a law clerk. In 2007, she went on to do her Articles of Clerkship with the firm. In February 2008, Natalie was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Throughout her legal career, Natalie has practiced exclusively in family law and has experience in all areas of family law including matters involving property settlements, de facto relationships, spousal maintenance, child support and parenting arrangements.

Natalie has a strong involvement with the legal industry being an active member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association, Women Lawyers of Western Australia and the Women in Law Mentor Scheme. Natalie also volunteers her time with the Law Society Mock Trials Competition.

Since 2008, Natalie has been involved with the legal call centre component of the Family Relationship Advice Line; an initiative of the Commonwealth Attorney General Department.

Natalie is dedicated to providing a client focused and flexible legal service, which takes into consideration her clients individual needs.
